Skilled Nursing Care
Skilled nursing care refers to a patient’s need for clinical care or treatment that can only be performed by licensed nurses. Medicare-certified home health care is intermittent care, paid by Medicare, whereby a physician prescribes skilled care in order to assist a patient in meeting health goal.
