  • Work permit, if needed, with Passport and Alien Card
  • Liability insurance
  • COVID-19 Vaccine/Flu Vaccine
  • Physical Exam
  • PPD or Chest X-ray (TB)

Regarding your personal documents, we offer two options to deliver these documents.
