Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered home nurses provide one-on-one in the home setting, including dressing, bathing, IV therapy, administering medication and medication management, wound care, drawing blood, checking vital signs, helping patients with mobility issues, and educating a patient and family about disease and symptoms to look for.
Pediatric RNs care provides such care for medically-fragile newborns, toddlers, children, and adolescents (up to age 21) in the comfort of home.
RNs make informed observations, establish a plan of care, chart progress and setbacks for doctors and specialists to review, administer medical treatments and medication, empower families and help them establish a sense of normalcy.
